Agreed time slots - our tradesmen will arrive within a 2 hour timeslot. We will let you know by telephone when we are 30mins away if required.

Minimum disruption – our work is carried out methodically and professionally. Our tradesmen will always work safely and comply with health and safety regulations.

No mess – we respect your home or workplace and will always clean up before we leave.

No fuss – we will endeavor to quote over the phone and complete most jobs in one visit. If, on arrival, the tradesman needs to revise a telephone quotation, you will always have the option not to proceed.

No quibble guarantee – if  by any chance you’re not happy with any aspect of our workmanship, we will return free of charge to put things right.
