| I had a prompt response to my email, the office staff were able to change the time of my appointment at short notice, and the man sent turned up promptly and removed my rubbish cheerfully and without fuss, in spite of very slippery steps to the front door. Highly recommended and would use Billy Bratton again. No hesitation in recommending them, either. | |

| I just wanted to add a review to say thanks to Billy for coming around every day during the major work we had carried out this summer. We really appreciate the extra effort that you put into completing it and the family that came and stayed had an absolutely wonderful time in our new house. I would definately recommend your company and please list me as a reference for other customers. | |

| They from BB came and put my shower room back together! I had been so stressed after falling victim to a broken shower tray, and BB were supportive from the start. All the staff are so polite and helpful and matched my already high expectations of the company. They were polite and tidy and finished the job to a high standard. | |

He was knowledgable, courteous, professional and, most importantly, did a good job. Over the coming months we'll be having other things done around the flat so I'll certainly be calling you again. | My drains were blocked and I could not use the shower; I looked on yell.com for a plumber that was in my area and found Billy Bratton, called them up and they came out within two hours. The plumber turned up and the problem was fixed quickly, he was very friendly, easy to speak to and polite and did the job in a very professional manner, after the work was complete the plumber cleaned up and left no mess at all. The overall standard of service from Billy Bratton was very high, the work they did was made to look effortless. I would recommend them to my friends family and neighbours. :) | |

| When the pilot light on our gas fire wouldn't stay on .... therefore the fire wouldn't light, we called a local company Billy Bratton in to do the work. They sent a engineer round the same day who was polite and friendly. He took the whole fire to pieces, cleaned it, replaced the worn part and did a full test. The job took an hour and the fire worked like new I was well impressed. I will definitely call them again should I need a heating and plumbing engineer and would not hesitate recomending them to others. | |

| Local resident needed an electrician. The company sent Jacob. The company phoned me and told me that he was going to arrive later than the appointment time. He apologised for arriving late. Then in the space of one hour. Super star Jacob had fitted a new outside light and new bathroom light. The price was as per website . We paid cash and he issued a receipt. | |
